Woke up with sore muscles on this rainy day, so I did a quick morning yoga flow video. Definitely not my favorite flow sequence I’ve ever done, but my body felt looser and ready for the day after I was done.

G ot a bunch of schoolwork done this morning so I rewarded myself (and you guys I hope haha) with some swim time. Tragically I forgot to sunscreen my stomach 😬 but still a great afternoon. Happy Monday!

In my lazy outfit today because I STILL have this sinus infection. It feels like it’s been an eternity but it’s only been about ten days and I started antibiotics yesterday so I’m hoping to be back to normal very soon. In the meantime, I hope you like me in sweats 😅
